Goff's airless Barrel Blast machines are the natural choice for economical batch-type blast cleaning and surface conditioning of small to intermediate size components. Goff offers several different types of Barrel Blast machines with load capacities ranging from 200 to 3,000 lbs., making them the perfect choice for many applications, including:

Goff's Table Blast models are the ideal choice for blast cleaning very large or heavy pieces. Items to be cleaned are rotated on the table, exposing surfaces to the abrasive blast. Table diameters range from 36" to 84", with workload capacities of 300 to 8,000 lbs. All tables are covered with abrasive resistant liners for superior wear. Available in single table, double-door swing and satellite multi-table models, Goff's table blast machines offer the user unparalleled performance and versatility in cleaning virtually any large part. |

From descaling, deburring and desanding to reconditioning and surface treatment, Goff's Spinner Hanger blast machines are the natural choice for cleaning many different types of components. Specifically designed to blast components which are not suitable for tumbling because of their shape or size, Goff offers a comprehensive range of machine sizes for specific needs. Several models are available with load capacities ranging from 100 to 4,000 pounds, plus two models that are also equipped with rotating tables for greater versatility.
The main housing of the Spinner Hanger encloses a unique, revolving doorless blast chamber divided into two compartments. Each section is equipped with its own rotating hook spindle for loading the parts to be cleaned. One important feature of the doorless design is that the machine's loading area is open and easily accessible during the blast cycle, so one chamber can be loaded while blasting occurs in the other chambers. This continuous work flow will greatly increase your productivity. |

Goff's Wire Mesh Belt continuous production shot blast cleaning machines are designed to offer high production cleaning and surface preparation of various parts and castings. The Wire Mesh design requires less material handling.
Parts placed on the wire mesh belt conveyor continually pass through the abrasive tight entry vestibule into the blast chamber. The quantity and placement of the blast wheels coupled with blast wheel horsepower determines the cleaning capacity and production capabilities of the machine. The parts are blast cleaned in the blast chamber then exit through the series of seals in the egress vestibule, with the blast cleaned parts exiting the machine. |

| Goff's HydroPulse® equipment is designed with the end user in mind, offering fast and efficient high production cleaning. The innovative water wheel introduced a new standard in aqueous cleaning, and Goff incorporates this design on many sizes and styles of equipment to meet specific cleaning needs, including tables, spinner hangers, continuous and batch tumbler models. To meet your requirements, gas, electric or steam heating units are available. |
|
| HydroPulse reduces the need for costly chemicals by relying on water impact and temperature as the primary sources of cleaning. By reducing the amount of chemical required, emulsification is also greatly reduced, allowing solids to settle to the bottom of the tank where they can be removed by a sludge conveyor or cyclone separator. Oil and grease are also continuously removed by an oil skimmer or top water sludge conveyor, prolonging the life of the washing solution. Goff's HydroPulse is the clear leader in cost-effective, high-production aqueous cleaning. |

The Blast Wheel
The blast wheel assembly is the heart of every Goff machine. Direct drive units, each Goff wheel is equipped with 4 or 7 curved blades depending on the wheel diameter. During the blast operation a measured flow of abrasive falls continuously through the feed spout into the impeller, which is rotating in synchronization with the blast wheel. The abrasive accelerates within the impeller and is smoothly inserted to the individual blades through a slot in the cage. The positioning of the slot, which is adjusted by rotating the control cage, determines the direction of the blast stream and allows the "hot spot" to be easily set. An ammeter measures the actual flow of abrasive. |

The Goff Difference
|
|
Abrasive Recycling System Goff Table Blast models utilize a primary screen to protect the conveyor and elevator from foreign objects. A secondary screen in the storage hopper, or a rotary screen, provides positive protection to the blast wheel. |
Abrasive Reconditioning
& Dust Collection Goff carefully matches the appropriate abrasive separation system and blast machine, for the absolute best performance and superior blasting results. Goff separation systems effectively sort out used abrasives and other contaminants. The dust collector relies on the air pulse cleaning of the cartridge or polyester bag filter, to continuously keep the environment dust-free during operation. |
|
Safety Safety is a primary consideration on all Goff Table Blast machines.
|
Wear Testing Goff is dedicated to continually improving the wear resistance of their machines. Wear resistance field data is constantly collected and analyzed by Goff engineers and when necessary, corrective action is implemented in the design immediately.
